1. Paratha dough 2. Eggs 3. Spices (to taste) Instructions: 1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. 2. Beat the eggs and spices together in a bowl. 3. Roll out the paratha dough on a floured surface. 4. Place the egg mixture in the center of the dough. 5. Fold the dough over the filling, and seal the edges. 6. Place the paratha on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 7. Serve hot with a dollop of ghee or butter. Enjoy!
